We are uniquely qualified to provide not only factory-installed conduit but also fire suppression sprinkler systems to exceed all current and future stringent code requirements within our Northern Illinois and Chicagoland building area. Our building professionals and custom architects utilize state of the art technology combined with "old world craftsmanship" to complete your home.
All of our homes are crafted with pride to the highest standards (BOCA specifications) in the building industry and are backed by a 10-year structural warranty. We have more than 200 home plans that you can customize to fit your needs and budget. We welcome projects such as custom homes, lake cottages, accessible homes, multi family residences, business offices, and commercial buildings.

Our Process

Your home is usually ready and completed for shipment in 6 to 8 weeks. It is transported in modules to the location of your choice where our Modular Home Builders of Northern Illinois crew accepts delivery and supervises your home setting. Our builders then complete the necessary finish work, such as building the attached garages, porches, decks, driveways, sidewalks, and installing furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, etc. and are ready for you to move into your new home about 90 days from the date you sign your purchase agreement.
